“Loose Underwear” by Dagmar Stansova

From exorcisms to orgasms, the daughter of a New Age Holocaust survivor is compelled to “cha-cha” away the wounds of her ancestors. Through the celebratory delight of her loose underwear she finds freedom. And yes… it’s funny.

Dagmar Stansova (Writer / Performer) Award winning writer and critically acclaimed actor, has performed in leading roles off-Broadway, at LaMama and The Public Theatre and in Los Angeles at the Odyssey and West Coast Ensemble. She’s written an award winning screenplay about the Velvet Revolution of 1989 which earned her a Writers Guild of America membership.

Debra De Liso (Director) Award winning director, dramaturg, recipient of the Rainbow Award from the L.A. Women’s Theatre Festival for her decades of work in forgotten communities including artists with disabilities, institutionalized teens and incarcerated women.
