Enlightening, challenging, sexy, moving and laugh-out-loud funny…Experience the best acting, writing and directing over three programs of compelling storytelling. How much power can be packed into a short play?

Each Series will have eight performances over six weeks.

Six female playwrights and five directors offer their fresh perspectives with new works during EST/LA’s inaugural One Act Festival. Stories include a moving and a suspenseful drama, Float by Mary F. Unser, which takes place during a sudden power outage, and Jennifer Maisel’s play Tempted, about a women considering having an affair.
