Moving Arts announces its  inaugural play reading series “Season’s Readings” A thrilling new reading series created to connect audiences with new works Moving Arts is excited to share, during a valuable phase in the path towards a possible full production.

Season’s Reading will be held during the day on two consecutive Saturdays, May 12th & May 19th at Harmony Toluca Lake. With the help of the DCA we are pleased to be able to offer all tickets to Season’s Readings absolutely free.

Saturday, May 12th we will be presenting Early Birds by Dana Schwartz, and Eight Nights by Jennifer Maisel.

Saturday, May 19th we will be presenting The Escape Thingy by Deb Hiett, Model Minority by Chloé Hung, and Uptown by Dan Steele.

Four of these playwrights are alumni of the Moving Arts new play development program: MADlab, which is currently in its 5th year.
