Oracles & Miracles’, written by Norelle Scott, based on the best-selling novel by Stevan Eldred-Grigg, follows two sisters Ginnie and Fag growing up during the 1930s and 40s in Christchurch, New Zealand. Driven by the hope of a better life, they consume love stories, and covet luxuries beyond their reach. More than anything they want to be loved.

This production in The Hollywood Fringe Festival is the North American premier. The play has an outstanding cast of  New Zealand actors: Amy Waller, Siobhan Marshall, Elizabeth Hawthorne, Donogh Rees, Millen Baird and Oscar Wilson.

‘Oracles & Miracles’ director Leah Patterson, won the Best Director Award at The Hollywood Short and Sweet Festival 2016 for Norelle’s play ‘Bridget and Iain’. ‘Bridget and Iain’ won the Audience Award at the same festival. The film ‘Bridget and Iain’ directed by Leah and written by Norelle has screened at a number of International festivals.
