Modern Romance is a Romantic Comedy navigating dating in the technical age. Taking place in a cafe, our Barista is transitioning from man to woman, running the show from behind the counter.

Safia, not exactly a patron, lives upstairs and frequently comes in to use the bathroom. She is madly in love with her best friend Charlotte, aka – Charlie who’s been filling a void in her heart by going on countless of pointless online dates.

Adrian is juggling a few dates per day himself. He’s trying to remember their names and maintain his masculinity in this slowly turning feminine world.
